Returns & Refunds

At Velo Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help—while keeping things fair for both you and us.

1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period).

If you change your mind, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel your order:

Notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving your items.

  • Return the goods within a further 14 days, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.
  • Please note: You are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    2. Returns Outside the Cooling-Off Period.

    We do NOT accept returns after the 14 day period

    3. Exchanges.

    If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange—subject to stock availability. Just contact us before sending the item back so we can reserve your replacement.(Return postage is at your expence).

    4. Faulty or Incorrect Items.

    If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and order details. We’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the issue.

    5. How to Return an Item.

    Please email us at info@veloclothing.co.uk before returning anything. We’ll guide you through the process and provide the correct return address. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

    6. Refunds.

    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item, to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
