01. Items We Hold in Stock
We keep most of our core YAKUDO clothing in stock, including many cycling, running and lifestyle items.
Stocked items are normally packed and dispatched within a few working days of your order being placed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Simple, clear information about when your YAKUDO order will be sent and what to expect when an item needs to be ordered specially.
Most YAKUDO clothing is held in stock and is normally dispatched within a few days. Some products are ordered in specifically, so these may take a little longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will let you know.
02. Items We Need to Order
Some colours, sizes or products may need to be ordered from our supplier rather than being held on the shelf.
These orders will take a little longer. We will process them as quickly as possible and will contact you if we expect an unusual delay.
03. Event T-Shirts
Our event T-shirts are generally ordered in bulk before each event. This allows us to produce the correct quantities and sizes for entrants.
If we receive enough orders before the main bulk order is due, we may place an earlier order and send those T-shirts sooner.
04. UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery is free. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is in addition to the processing times shown above.
Busy periods, weekends, bank holidays and circumstances outside our control can occasionally affect delivery times.
05. Orders Containing Different Items
If your order contains both an in-stock item and an item that needs to be ordered, we may hold the order and send everything together.
Where practical, we may send items separately so that the products already in stock reach you sooner.
06. Delivery Problems
If your order has not arrived when expected, or you believe there may be a problem with the delivery, please contact us and include your name and order details.

PLEASE NOTE: Dispatch times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. If you need an item for a particular event or date, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether we expect to be able to get it to you in time.
